Quality Control Inspector (PCBA / Electronics)

Role Overview
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure excellence at every stage of production. You will perform critical audits, inspect incoming raw materials, and verify that finished products meet strict industry standards to minimize rework and maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Conduct sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
- Auditing: Perform manufacturing and packaging line inspections to ensure compliance.
- Compliance & Labeling: Review labels for accuracy based on regulations and apply status labels (approval/rejection) to materials.
- Technical Assembly: Use hand and power tools to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to drawings or MPIs.
- Quality Assurance: Identify defects early to reduce production downtime and prevent recalls.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a high-volume PCBA environment.
- Standards: Strong familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Technical Skills: Ability to identify component values, read ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), and follow MPIs (Manufacturing Process Instructions).
- Tools: Experience operating AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machinery.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a 40-hour week plus overtime and weekends as required.
