Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Repair and replace water, gas, and waste piping systems, including full repipes and line replacements
- Perform water line, gas line, and sewer/waste line repairs and complete system replacements
- Install and service water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing equipment
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and present customers with repair and replacement options
- Complete service tickets accurately and thoroughly
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
- Follow all safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (service plumbing preferred)
- Experience with water, gas, and waste line repairs and replacements
- Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
