Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, and overall functionality of our facilities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of 160 CNC machine shop facilities.
• Experience on machine shop environment
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services
• Manage facility-related projects (renovations, expansions, equipment installations)
Qualifications
• 3–7+ years of facilities management experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)
• Experience managing vendors and contractors
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Preferred Experience
• Experience in CNC/machining or fabrication environments
