Job Title: Assembler / Custom Golf Club Builder
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling custom golf clubs in a fast-paced, time-sensitive manufacturing environment. You will interpret work orders, verify club components, and assemble them using a variety of hand tools, gauges, machines, and solvents while maintaining high quality standards. You ensure each club meets precise specifications, support final packing, and uphold a clean, safe work area in line with the company’s values.
Responsibilities
- Assemble golf clubs and custom orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production timelines.
- Receive and review work orders, confirm all club components, and ensure accuracy before assembly.
- Use rulers, gauges, hand tools, and machines to complete precise assemblies according to specifications.
- Work with various solvents, including alcohol and acetone, in a safe and controlled manner.
- Ensure overall quality of each club by verifying that all products meet required specifications and standards.
- Perform final packing of completed clubs, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documentation.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding issues, changes, or defects.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
