THE OPPORTUNITY
Multiple venture-backed AI and enterprise-software companies are hiring product-minded engineers to own customer-facing systems from concept through production.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across modern frontend, backend and data layers.
- Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, measurement and iteration.
- Work closely with founders, product leaders, designers and customers to translate ambiguous needs into reliable software.
- Make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
- Use modern AI development tools and, where relevant, integrate LLM or agentic capabilities into production workflows.
- Raise engineering standards through thoughtful reviews, testing, observability and operational ownership.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong production experience building full-stack web applications in a high-velocity product environment.
- Depth in TypeScript/JavaScript and a modern frontend framework such as React or Next.js.
- Backend experience with Python, Node.js, Go or a comparable language, plus relational databases and APIs.
- Evidence of owning meaningful products or features from 01 or through major scale-up.
- Comfort operating with incomplete requirements, rapid iteration and direct business accountability.
- Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
- Early-stage or founder-level ownership experience.
- Experience with AI-native products, LLM applications or data-intensive SaaS.
- Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability or distributed-systems exposure.
