Insurance Coverage Attorney | Orange County, CA
We are partnering with a highly respected Orange County law firm seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney (4–8+ years) to join its growing practice in Newport Beach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation and be interested in handling complex coverage issues, providing coverage analysis, and representing insurer clients in high-level litigation matters.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies, including primary, excess, and specialty coverages
- Draft coverage opinions and provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Manage insurance coverage litigation from inception through resolution
- Handle pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, and other substantive legal documents
- Collaborate directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated matters
What We're Looking For
- 4–8+ years of insurance coverage and/or insurance defense experience
- Active California Bar admission
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience handling complex litigation matters
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
