Community Manager Position Overview:
Our Concord-based client is seeking a Community Manager for a long-term temporary assignment to oversee daily operations across tax credit housing communities. This individual will play a key role in ensuring property functionality, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience.
Property Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned communities to ensure properties remain safe, clean, and fully operational
- Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate closely with maintenance teams to address issues in a timely manner
- Monitor overall property performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Compliance Management:
- Ensure full compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and resident eligibility records
- Oversee leasing processes in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Stay up to date on LIHTC regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance
Resident Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
- Foster a strong sense of community through consistent, resident-focused communication
- Support resident retention initiatives through events, programs, and engagement strategies
