Specialty: Operating Room (OR) / Total Joint Surgery
Location: Calabasas, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Total Joint procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Ambulatory Surgery and Operating Room settings and be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Schedule

• 8-Hour Day Shifts
• Scheduled between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (must be active at time of submission)
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
• ACLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Ambulatory and Operating Room experience
• Total Joint experience required (Hard Stop)
• First-time travelers accepted

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for surgical patients
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of surgical procedures
• Support surgeons and procedural teams during operations
• Monitor patient status and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control practices
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and recovery teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
