Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers with instructional activities and classroom organization
- Providing support to individual students or small groups to reinforce instruction
- Helping with classroom management and promoting a positive, inclusive environment
- Supervising students during classroom transitions, lunchtime, and recess
- Supporting students with assignments and accommodations as directed by teachers
- Communicating observations and progress to the instructional team
- Performing other duties to ensure smooth classroom operations
