Pay: $130,000 base plus bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, life and disability — with a national company behind a branch-level seat you actually control.
A national leader in forming, shoring, scaffolding, and access equipment needs a Fleet Operations Manager for its Rialto branch. Direct hire. You'll run the fleet, the shipments, the counts, and a team of 10–12 plus temp labor.
Day to day
- Run the yard: receiving, returns, inspections, repairs, staging, load-out
- Call whether an order fills locally or needs a transfer from another branch
- Process returns and prioritize repairs to protect the next order
- Schedule shipments with dispatch, sales, and project management
- Own inventory accuracy — physical counts, cycle counts, reconciliation
- Lead, schedule, train, and hold the crew accountable on safety and productivity
What gets you hired
- 5+ years in yard, warehouse, logistics, construction or rental equipment, distribution, or materials management
- Supervised hourly employees and temp labor
- Strong inventory control and equipment planning
- Can read stock status reports and engineered construction drawings
- Excel plus ERP or WMS experience.
- Forming, shoring, scaffolding, or concrete rental experience is a big plus.
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
