Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in a dynamic school setting near San Diego, CA. This full-time, contract opportunity runs from July 2026 through May 2027 and offers the chance to utilize your expertise in a collaborative and supportive environment. Two SLP positions are available, providing services Monday through Friday to an engaging and diverse student population. Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English will be highly valued as you help students achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Ability to work with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, student-centered therapy
- Passion for helping students develop their language and communication skills
Your Role:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to best address students’ needs
- Maintain clear documentation and track student progress
- Contribute to case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Support the linguistic and cultural needs of bilingual students
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment
