Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Five Star Bath Solutions of Sacramento is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our growing team in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess bathroom remodeling needs
• Present and demonstrate bath solution products, packages, and pricing to homeowners
• Develop and close sales using proven consultative selling techniques
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and performance targets
• Follow up on leads generated through company marketing efforts and referrals
• Accurately document customer information, appointments, and sales activity in CRM software

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable conducting one-on-one presentations in a home environment
• Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude

Job Type: Full-time

• 100% Comission: $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
