Automotive Lot TechnicianPart-Time | 2–3 Days Per Week | 4–8 Hours Per Day + OT When Needed
Route: Ventura, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $25.00++ per hour
Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable, hands-on Automotive Lot Technician / Inventory Specialist to service automotive dealerships throughout the area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, driving to different locations, and following a consistent daily process.
You do not need professional photography experience. We provide paid training and teach you exactly how to complete the job.
You'll use a company-issued iPhone and our app to photograph dealership vehicles, capture 360°ree; spins and videos, locate vehicles and keys, move cars into position, and communicate with dealership staff.
This is not a creative photography job. It's a structured, field-based position focused on efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and getting the work completed.
What You'll Do
- Travel to assigned automotive dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
- Photograph vehicles using a company-issued iPhone and app
- Capture 360°ree; vehicle spins and videos
- Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots
- Move vehicles into designated photo areas when needed
- Prepare vehicles for photography
- Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles, keys, and inventory
- Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
- Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at each dealership
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have experience in:
- Automotive dealerships — porter, lot attendant, detailer, lube technician, inventory specialist, etc.
- Warehouse or distribution
- Construction or skilled trades
- Landscaping
- Delivery or route-based work
- Maintenance or other hands-on jobs
- Fast-paced, physically active work environments
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to stay active and on their feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Efficient and able to follow a consistent process
- Good communicators
- Comfortable using a smartphone and learning new apps
- Willing to help solve problems when vehicles, keys, or inventory are not where expected
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
- Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar experience preferred
- Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks
- Ability to safely move vehicles when required
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00++ per hour
