Summary

The main functions of the Finance Manager is to perform monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, Monthend close and Financial reporting. In addition, perform finance analysis to explain variance to plan and forecast.

\n Job Responsibilities

:• Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization’s financial position
\n
.• Prepare special reports required by regulatory authorities
\n
.• Direct the organization’s budgets to meet its financial goals
\n
.• Oversee planning and reporting function
\n
s• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide insights and analysis of variance to their plan/forecast
\n
s• Oversee the month end close and reportin
\n
g• Partnering with HR on headcount planning and reportin
\n
