Job Description

The Attendant Laundry & Outdoor Tasks, role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of laundry facilities and outdoor areas. This position ensures efficient laundry handling and keeps outdoor spaces tidy and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of laundry area
Manage inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of outdoor spaces
Collect and dispose of trash in designated outdoor areas
Assist with loading and unloading laundry equipment and supplies
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Conduct pressure washing of outdoor surfaces
Lift heavy items as required to complete tasks
