Build the Systems That Power Automation

Our client is redefining clean textile solutions through advanced automation and industrial systems. We’re looking for a hands-on Control Panel Technician who takes pride in building, wiring, troubleshooting, and bringing complex systems to life.

If you enjoy working with PLCs, control panels, and real-world industrial systems—not repetitive production line work—this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and wire UL508A-compliant control panels from schematics and I/O lists
  • Assemble and integrate PLCs, relays, VFDs, drives, and control components
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems (motors, PLCs, relays, drives)
  • Execute BOMs, I/O lists, and PID specifications for panel builds and installations
  • Perform quality control testing to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality systems
  • Support field installations, commissioning, and system startups

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in controls, electrical, or automation work
  • Proven experience with control panel building and PLC/HMI systems
  • Knowledge of UL508A standards and industrial wiring practices
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with motors, VFDs, and industrial components
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

Why Join?

  • Work on custom automation systems—not repetitive production work
  • Be part of a company driving sustainability and industry innovation
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in water treatment & automation
  • Join a collaborative, tight-knit team where your ideas matter
  • Grow your skills across controls, electrical, and systems integration

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Real ownership from build → install → startup
  • Diverse projects across industrial automation environments
  • Fast-paced, problem-solving culture that rewards initiative and ideas

If you're a builder, problem-solver, and controls expert who thrives in hands-on environments—we want to hear from you.
