Rate of pay: $28-32 per hour
Direct Hire role with full benefits
Start date: ASAP
Travel: 25%
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (overtime eligible as needed)

What You’ll Do
- Build and wire UL508A-compliant control panels from schematics and I/O lists
- Assemble and integrate PLCs, relays, VFDs, drives, and control components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems (motors, PLCs, relays, drives)
- Execute BOMs, I/O lists, and PID specifications for panel builds and installations
- Perform quality control testing to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality systems
- Support field installations, commissioning, and system startups
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in controls, electrical, or automation work
- Proven experience with control panel building and PLC/HMI systems
- Knowledge of UL508A standards and industrial wiring practices
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Experience with motors, VFDs, and industrial components
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
