WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
You provide a secure, nurturing classroom where toddlers feel safe to learn, explore, and express themselves. You implement thoughtfully planned activities that support early language, motor, social, and cognitive development. You guide children through emotional growth by modeling positive interactions and encouraging cooperation and independence. You manage care routines, including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions, while reinforcing self-help skills, and you maintain strong communication with families and coworkers by sharing updates, documenting milestones, and working collaboratively to support each child's progress.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR - TEACHER?
We are seeking an educator who can work 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 7:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and who meets the following qualifications:
- Completion of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, including core courses in child development, from an accredited college
- 6+ months of experience working with young children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development
- 1+ years of experience working with toddlers (ages 18–36 months)
- Infant/Toddler specialization or additional ECE units focused on this age group
- Strong classroom management and curriculum planning experience
- Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish)
