Job Title: Center Manager (PT/OT)
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Relocation Assistance: Available (up to $20,000)
Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually
Bonus Potential: Up to 8% annually
Visa Sponsorship: Available (including work authorization support)

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about patient care and ready to lead clinical operations. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Care Excellence
- Maintain an active caseload while overseeing care quality across the center
- Provide mentorship and clinical support to therapy staff and rehab aides
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Operations & Team Management
- Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and training
- Analyze performance data to inform decisions and meet strategic goals
- Collaborate with regional leaders on clinic performance and initiatives
Business Development & Community Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referring providers and local partners
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase clinic visibility and referrals
- Represent the clinic in local events and networking opportunities
Compliance & Quality Oversight
- Ensure clinic compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and California practice regulations
- Conduct internal quality audits and staff meetings focused on clinical excellence
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or Occupational Therapist (OTD or MOT)
- Current or eligible California licensure
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred:
- Prior management or supervisory experience in a rehab or outpatient setting
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
- Manual dexterity for operating clinical equipment and documentation systems
