Job DescriptionA construction firm with over 40 years of experience providing services such as rehabilitation, reconstruction, seismic retrofitting, property maintenance, and litigation support across residential and commercial projects is seeking a Senior Estimator to help them deliver accurate project planning, innovative solutions, and reliable cost forecasting that drives successful multifamily developments in the East Bay Area.
Your Day Includes

Preparing conceptual through detailed estimates and performing quantity take-offs

Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinating RFIs, RFQs, and schedules

Reviewing drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and pricing

Supporting operations with project management insight and mentoring team members

Participating in trade shows, client meetings, and continuous process improvement
Must Haves
-
Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree in construction or related field
- 5–10 years of multifamily construction estimating experience with strong building envelope knowledge
