Position Summary
Cashier/Sales Associate (Team Member II) is a certified operations team member responsible for performing advanced service functions, supporting membership sales initiatives, and assisting with daily site efficiency in both express and full-service environments.
Essential Functions
- Perform vehicle preparation and loading duties with demonstrated proficiency
- Conduct interior detailing services in accordance with quality standards
- Operate designated tunnel controls as assigned
- Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cash-handling accuracy and accountability
- Promote membership sales programs
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
- Comply with the Company’s Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
Customer Experience Responsibilities
- Provide professional service explanations
- Address routine customer questions
- Escalate complaints or complex concerns to management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following:
- Cash handling
- Vehicle loading
- Vehicle preparation
- Interior detailing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Frequently use hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to water, cleaning agents, and operational equipment
