About the Role:
Join Terravanta Inc as an Assistant Project Manager-MEPF, where you'll play a key role in supporting our dynamic project teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative MEPF projects in the heart of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of MEPF projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Support the project manager in communication and reporting to clients and upper management.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare meeting minutes to track project discussions and decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the procurement process for materials and subcontractors as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management within the MEPF sector.
- Strong understanding of MEPF systems and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
