- Valid California Driver's License - REQUIRED
- California Fire Sprinkler Journeyman Card - REQUIRED
- Foreman experience in multifamily, commercial, and tenant improvement projects
- Experience with fire pumps, standpipes, and underground systems
- Must be able to perform installation and layout
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions without in-person supervision
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 13D, 13R, 24, 14,and 20
- Travel may be required
- Overtime may be required
