We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join an exciting, fast-paced organization. This is a hands-on role supporting end users with desktop deployments, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems, works well in a dynamic environment, and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Image and deploy computers
- Set up and configure user workstations
- Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support
- Ship, receive, and inventory computer equipment
- Move and install IT equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Support day-to-day desktop and IT operations
- Mac & PC experience
