What You’ll Do as a Shift Lead:
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our car wash operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Leading and motivating team members to perform at their best.
- Assisting customers and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Monitoring equipment and ensuring everything is in top working order.
- Handling opening and closing duties as needed.
