Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce operations experience.
• Must have experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with kitchenware, consumer products, or retail brands.
• Knowledge of online marketplace best practices and product merchandising.
• Experience supporting digital marketing and promotional campaigns.

Experience supporting TikTok Shop Live Experience a plus
