Instructional Aide | Up to $22.50/hr | Pasadena, CA
School-based role | Monday to Friday | School-day schedule
Looking for a steady Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends? This Instructional Aide role in Pasadena lets you work directly with students while supporting teachers in the classroom.
In this role, you’ll work closely with students throughout the day, similar to a Classroom Aide or Teacher Assistant.

What You’ll Do
- Support teachers during lessons and activities
- Work with students one-on-one or in groups
- Prepare and organize classroom materials
- Supervise lunch, recess, and transitions
- Assist with IEP and 504 learning plans
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Classroom or childcare experience preferred
- Experience with behavioral support a plus
- BLS certification preferred
- Some college coursework helpful
