We are seeking Document Prep Clerks to support document imaging operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove staples, paperclips, and fasteners from documents.
- Organize and arrange files in the correct order for scanning.
- Prepare, sort, and batch documents.
- Scan documents using imaging equipment.
- Review scanned images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Basic computer and data entry skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Previous document prep, scanning, records management, or imaging experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
