Join our team and build a rewarding career in automotive sales.Job DetailsSalary: From $35,000 to $150,000 per yearJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Garden Grove, CA 92843ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers on the sales floor and perform needs analysis to identify desired vehicle make, type, and features.Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives.Use computer databases to research model availability and optional equipment.Work with Sales and Finance & Insurance managers to negotiate sales prices, taxes, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, discounts, and financing or leasing terms.Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot to ensure accuracy and availability.Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.Deliver vehicles to customers and provide thorough orientation to ensure satisfaction.Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings as required.Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.Work HoursThis is a full-time role. Job Requirement:Minimum of one year related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.Organized with the ability to follow up and maintain contact with clients before and after sales.Current valid driver’s license.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
