Job Opportunity for Associate Attorney to join Boutique Environmental Law Firm 
 
Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Practice area: environmental law, natural resource, land use, real estate</li>
<li>Scope: Transactional and regulatory work primarily, some adjunct litigation work on matters falling under NEPA, CEQA, ESA &amp; permitting</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>4-6+ years of experience in environmental law, land use and/or real estate</li>
<li>No billable requirement, 1700 target; work life balance &amp; focus on quality over quantity</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>$175k-$225k base salary DOE</li>
<li>Opportunities for salary increase throughout the year</li>
<li>End of year bonus potential</li>
</ul>
