What You’ll Be Doing
As our Overnight Baker / Donut Maker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers wake up to the freshest, most mouthwatering donuts in town. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of donuts and pastries to perfection.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring all ingredients are stocked and ready for use.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- 1 year of baking experience (donut-making experience is a plus!).
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently during overnight hours.
- A passion for baking and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
