Now Hiring: Preschool Teacher (2–3 Year Old Classroom) / Administrative Support

Reach Montessori is looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated educator to join our team!
We are currently hiring for our 2–3-year-old classroom, with opportunities to assist with administrative responsibilities based on experience and qualifications.
This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in expanding their career beyond the classroom. In addition to teaching, you'll gain valuable office and administrative experience while working directly alongside the owner of a growing startup preschool. If you've ever been interested in learning about school leadership, enrollment, operations, licensing, and the business side of early childhood education, this position offers hands-on experience and professional mentorship.
This position offers a Leadership Track Opportunity for individuals who demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a passion for early childhood education. As the school continues to grow, there may be opportunities to take on increased leadership responsibilities and advance within the organization.
Position Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 2–3.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Maintain active supervision and ensure the health and safety of all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Follow licensing regulations, school policies, and classroom routines.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and documentation.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, including family communication, enrollment support, scheduling, and general office operations.
Qualifications
- ECE units required for the teaching position.
- Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about working with young children.
- Must meet all California Community Care Licensing requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is negotiable based on experience, education, and qualifications.
- Additional compensation may be available for candidates with administrative experience and ECE administrative units.
