What You’ll Do
As a Night Shift Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our patients’ healing journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitoring and documenting patients’ health and well-being during overnight hours.
- Providing emotional support and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for all patients.
- Communicating effectively with the medical team to report any changes in patients’ conditions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a similar setting.
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a passion for helping others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and attention to detail.
- Availability to work overnight shifts.
