We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to handle construction startups, troubleshooting, and more, without the after-hours calls. If you’re experienced, motivated, and ready to join a team that values your time and expertise, we want to meet you!

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• No On-Call Work — Ever!
• Commercial-Only Projects (Office TI, Medical, Labs, Warehouses, etc.)

Compensation:

$25 - $60 hourly

Responsibilities:

Systems & Skills We’re Looking For:

• Rooftop Package Units, Split Systems (DX & Conventional)
• Water Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Yards
• VRF/VRV Heat Recovery Systems
• Chilled Water & Heating Hot Water (4-pipe systems)
• VAVs and Hydronic Heating Systems
• All types of piping (condensate, chilled water, hot water, refrigeration, etc.)
• Ductwork (crimped, S&D, TDC, PVS-coated, stainless steel)
• Ventilation & Exhaust Systems (OA, 100% OA, chemical, lab, general)
• Air balancing experience is a huge plus
• Sheet metal fabrication skills are a bonus!

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry is required (10+ preferred)
• VRF/VRV certification from at least one manufacturer
• Proven troubleshooting skills across commercial systems
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using mobile apps and writing clear service notes
• HVAC schooling or certification is helpful but not required
