Diamond Marketing is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our team in San Jose. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and building experience in sales and customer service. No prior experience is required—we provide full, paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in retail locations
- Answer questions and help customers find the right products or services
- Support sales and customer engagement efforts
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with customers in person
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (some weekends may be required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation or a consistent means of commuting to retail locations
