Job DescriptionCare Team Specialist (Overnight) - Los Angeles, CA (Skid Row Area) Pay: $20-$24/hour Schedule: Full-time, Overnight 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Type: Contract/Temp (with potential for extension based on need) About the Opportunity We're a third-party recruiting partner hiring for a confidential, mission-driven healthcare organization in Los Angeles. This Overnight Care Team Specialist role supports a site serving vulnerable populations in the Skid Row area. If you're dependable, calm under pressure, and motivated by meaningful work, this is a strong opportunity to make an immediate impact. What You'll Do
- Support onsite operations overnight and assist with maintaining a safe, organized environment
- Provide non-clinical support to clinical staff and help with basic site needs as they arise
- Monitor the flow of the site and communicate updates or concerns to leadership appropriately
- Help ensure protocols are followed and escalate urgent issues when needed
- Document and track important information per site process
- Provide respectful, professional support to individuals accessing services
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare support, behavioral health, shelter services, outreach, patient services, or a similar people-facing role preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional in sensitive situations
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently overnight
- Must work well under pressure and handle fast-changing needs calmly
- De-escalation or crisis-support training is a plus (not required)
