Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for Western regional routes. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This role includes a structured OTR trainer program, predictable lanes, company‑maintained equipment, and comprehensive benefits.
Key details
- Region: All states west of the Mississippi.
- Schedule: Day or night shifts; bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset.
- Mileage: Average ~2,300 miles per week.
- Equipment: Company‑maintained 53' dry vans; majority drop‑and‑hook operations.
- Orientation & training: One‑day paid orientation. Trainee program for drivers with under 6 months’ experience—ride with a trainer until qualified (typically 4–6 weeks).
Compensation and benefits
- $1,000–$1,200 per week (varies by miles and experience)
- Trainee pay: $680 per week (approx. 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience).
- Per‑mile pay after training: $0.43–$0.57 (sliding scale by experience).
- Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (varies by years of experience).
- Monthly performance/safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria apply).
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL.
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of formal training.
- Clean driving record: no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions in the past 5 years; no DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
- Not terminated from the most recent job for safety‑related reasons.
- Documented work history covering the past 10 years with limited gaps: at least six months of employment within the last year and at least one year within the last three years.
- Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and required background and criminal history checks.
