Are you a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician who prefers working nights?
We are hiring Night Shift Commercial Maintenance Technicians to perform after-hours maintenance and remodel work for national restaurant and retail chains. Our technicians begin work after businesses close, allowing projects to be completed without disrupting customer operations.

What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you will complete repairs, upgrades, and maintenance projects in restaurant and retail locations after closing hours.
Typical work includes:
• Tile replacement and repair
• FRP installation and wall panel repair
• Cabinet replacement and installation
• Basic electrical work and fixture installation
• Commercial appliance installation (refrigerators, pastry cases, etc.)
• Door sealing and weather stripping
• Faucet replacement and light plumbing repairs
• Commercial pressure-assist toilet repairs
• Drywall repair and patching
• T-bar ceiling and ceiling tile replacement
• Interior painting and general maintenance
Schedule
This is a Night Shift Position.
• Work begins after businesses close
• Nightly start times vary depending on project location
• Full-time hours with steady work
This role is ideal for technicians who prefer working nights and enjoy a quieter work environment without customer traffic.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in commercial maintenance, restaurant maintenance, or retail construction
✔ Strong multi-trade repair and installation skills
✔ Ability to work independently during overnight projects
✔ Professional and reliable work ethic
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
