Now Hiring – Fulfillment Associate
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Balance Staffing is seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join a busy warehouse team in Stockton! This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Print packing slips and shipping labels.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Stage orders and inventory for shipping and production.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training is available.
