We are hiring a Superintendent for a growing South Florida developer and general contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a field leader who wants to oversee large commercial construction projects while continuing to grow into future multifamily and mixed-use developments.

We're looking for someone who can lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and successfully deliver complex projects from construction through closeout.

Must-Have Experience

We're looking for Superintendents with approximately 6–10 years of experience working for a General Contractor.

You must have:

• Experience leading commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Experience managing projects from start through closeout
• MEP coordination experience
• Strong scheduling and daily reporting skills
• Experience with Procore
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Autodesk Forma experience and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Compensation

Base salary is $125,000–$145,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Compensation will ultimately be based on your project experience, leadership background, and overall qualifications.
