Location: Pleasanton, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

We are partnering with a respected manufacturing company in Pleasanton, CA that is currently seeking 4
Post-Production Technicians to join its day shift team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and thrive in a detail-oriented production environment.
Position Overview
The Post-Production Technician provides finishing and post-production support on manufactured components. This role requires strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
Key Responsibilities
- Bend and shape small wires and components
- Perform acrylic repair and finishing tasks
- Polish finished products to meet quality standards
- Inspect components for accuracy, quality, and appearance
- Follow detailed work instructions and production processes
- Maintain a consistent and dependable work pace throughout the shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 to 3 years of related manufacturing, production, assembly, or hands-on experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic dental terminology is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Primarily seated work
- Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills
- Occasional standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
