Job DescriptionIMMEDIATE HIRING FOR ASSEMBLER - 1ST SHIFT - $19/HOUR
Job Summary
- This role involves assembling small, high‑precision medical devices (such as brain catheters) in a cleanroom or lab setting.
- Most work is done under a microscope using small hand tools.
- The company provides full training for entry‑level candidates and offers a path to permanent employment and career growth.
- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. COMPANY WILL TRAIN NEW HIRES ON THE JOB.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Saturday
- 5:00 AM start time
- Typically 10‑hour shifts
- Average 45–55 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble very small medical device components following instructions and quality standards
- Work under a microscope for long periods
- Use small hand tools safely and accurately
- Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning, and safety rules
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory guidelines
- For R&D roles: work in lab settings and assist with pilot builds
- For line assistants: manage documentation, inventory, and work orders in ERP systems
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under a microscope
- Comfortable with long hours and overtime
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn regulated manufacturing processes
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical device or electronics assembly
- Cleanroom or lab experience
- R&D skills such as soldering, UV bonding, or using measuring tools
- Computer and ERP system experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
