Clinical Services Manager – Lead the Blueprint for Reintegration: From Stability to Self-Sufficiency

We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager to support and strengthen clinical operations within a growing behavioral health and reentry organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring documentation integrity, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality, compliant service delivery.
This position plays a critical role in supporting individuals as they move from recovery to stability and long-term independence, while helping the organization maintain strong clinical and operational standards.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Oversight & Documentation
- Review and support clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Monitor EMR systems (e.g., VerticalChange or similar) for completeness and consistency
- Conduct regular chart reviews and identify gaps in documentation
- Support staff in aligning services with authorizations and program requirements
Program Support & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day support to case managers, counselors, and program staff
- Help ensure services are delivered consistently across programs
- Assist in coordinating care across clinical, housing, and workforce teams
Staff Guidance & Development
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff on documentation and service delivery
- Support onboarding and training of new staff
- Reinforce accountability, consistency, and professional standards
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Support audit readiness and internal quality assurance processes
- Identify risks or inconsistencies and help implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, including Medi-Cal / CalAIM standards
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or registered associate (ASW, AMFT, APCC) with pathway to licensure
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or reentry services
- Strong understanding of documentation standards and clinical compliance
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Medi-Cal, CalAIM, ECM, or Community Supports
- Experience working with justice-involved populations
- Prior experience supporting audits, documentation review, or quality assurance processes
