Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour
Location: Fremont, CA

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic. You’ll work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment, managing all aspects of the quality control production process, including fall-out, audits, and ISO compliance. You will ensure that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements, achieve stated objectives, and meet current ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a single department and/or shift, with two or more direct reports
  • Oversee ongoing ISO-compliant and cost-effective manufacturing of specific products or sub-products
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply
  • Plan and administer procedures, develop schedules, and determine manpower requirements for the assigned area
  • Solve problems of moderate scope, exercising judgment within defined procedures and policies
  • Interact daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups, primarily exchanging factual information
  • Provide direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Email
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum of four years of related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
