Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across three school sites, working primarily with elementary students while also collaborating with dedicated teachers in middle and high schools. Your expertise will be valued in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that help students thrive every day.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Active National BCBA license and Oregon Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Experience working with elementary-age students in a school setting preferred
- Skilled in conducting FBAs and developing effective BIPs
- Strong collaboration skills for partnership with teachers and school staff
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites (itinerant caseload)
- Excellent written and verbal communication for both documentation and team meetings
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral assessments, consultations, and interventions at three school locations
- Develop and monitor FBAs and BIPs, targeting meaningful and sustainable student outcomes
- Collaborate with educators and school teams at all grade levels to foster supportive learning environments
- Offer training and ongoing support to staff on best practices in behavior management
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal success
- Maintain accurate records and data collection for compliance and reporting
This is a 40-hour per week role where your credentialed expertise in behavioral analysis will directly support student development.
