As they are expanding and opening new retail locations across North America, we are seeking a Manager, North America Retail Operations to help continue to build out a best-in-class retail operations team to support that growth.

Role Overview

The Manager, North America Retail Operations is a key connector between HQ and the stores. You'll drive operational excellence across a growing retail fleet by designing, implementing, and continuously improving the processes, tools, and systems that power our stores.

You'll turn strategy into clear, simple ways of working that help store teams focus on what matters most: delivering an exceptional, mindful customer experience.

What You'll Do:

Store Operations Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and rollout of store operations strategies, processes, and policies across North America.

  • Translate business goals into clear, actionable workflows and tools for store teams.

  • Ensure that new initiatives are practical, scalable, and grounded in day-to-day store realities.

Process, Policy & Technology

  • Build, refine, and document store processes and policies to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Partner with Technology and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize store systems and tools.

  • Identify process and system gaps, and drive solutions that improve execution and performance.

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead and support end-to-end rollout of new tools, programs, and operational initiatives.

  • Create project plans, timelines, and success metrics to ensure strong adoption.

  • Track performance, gather field feedback, and refine initiatives to maximize impact and scalability.

Store Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Help manage the store support ticketing system, analyzing trends and root causes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve field issues quickly and effectively.

  • Find opportunities to simplify work, reduce complexity, and enhance the store team experience.

Performance & Insights

  • Monitor key operational KPIs and performance trends across the retail fleet.

  • Use data and field feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

  • Work with field leadership to close execution gaps and drive consistency across locations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to deliver strong execution and grow their careers.

  • Set clear priorities and align the team to business and operational goals.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of retail operations experience with a broad understanding of store operations.

  • Proven experience creating and implementing store processes, policies, and operational programs.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines.

  • Experience with store systems and technology implementations (preferred).

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.

  • Experience managing or mentoring others (preferred).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Willingness to travel across North America and to HQ as needed.

  • Flexibility to support a retail-driven schedule when required.
