Job DescriptionMinimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Mariposa, CA

Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

The school system is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Paraprofessionals to support teachers and help students succeed in an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting classroom instruction, assisting students with diverse learning needs, and contributing to a positive school community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Open to toileting and diapering or working one-on-one with students
• Ability to pass background checks and meet district employment requirements
