Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of community properties. This position involves performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and addressing service requests to maintain high-quality living environments. The technician also handles vacant unit turnovers, maintains common areas.
Responsibilities
- Execute vacant unit turns and make ready
- Respond to service requests throughout the community
- Maintain safe work practices and safety training
- Use of software systems such as Salesforce (a plus) or willing to learn
- Work with a team or independently
- Keep grounds and common areas presentable and identify hazards
- Own basic tools
- Current CA. Photo ID
- Able to pass background and drug testing
- Clean DMV record
- Experience with multifamily Apartment Community properties
- Career minded team player with a good attitude
- Lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stand and walk property

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
