Requirements & Qualifications:
- Active California CTC licensure: Mild/Moderate (M/M), Moderate/Severe (M/S), Extensive Support Needs (ESN), or equivalent
- Experience supporting K-12 learners in special education settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to customize instructional plans based on diverse student needs
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, adaptive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with a variety of learning differences
- Develop, implement, and assess Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress, adjusting strategies and goals as needed
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student support
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff regarding student achievements and strategies
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth
With this full-time contract, you’ll work approximately 35 hours per week with specifics of your caseload discussed during the interview process.
