Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Early start between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM
Pay: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Commercial Box Truck Driver to complete deliveries throughout the San Diego area. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to safely complete long delivery routes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial box truck throughout San Diego County.
- Complete long delivery routes accurately and on schedule.
- Follow assigned routes, work orders, and delivery instructions.
- Load and unload materials weighing approximately 75–100 pounds.
- Verify deliveries and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Follow California traffic laws and all company safety procedures.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional appearance.
Requirements
- Valid California Class A, B, or C driver’s license, as appropriate for the vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous box truck or commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to start between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and complete long routes.
- Ability to safely lift and move 75–100 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
- Knowledge of California driving laws and commercial vehicle safety practices.
