We are looking for a paralegal, focusing on employment and personal injury litigation. We are based in North County but, after a probationary period, we would consider accommodating this as a partially remote position. Hourly rate will vary based on experience. This would be an ideal position for someone looking for greater flexibility in their schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings and discovery
- Filing documents with the court
- Scheduling meetings and managing the firm’s calendar
- General clerical work
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' paralegal experience in a litigation practice
- Advanced computer skills with comprehension of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
